Abstract: An automated toroid coil straightening device, comprising a platform 101 positioned over a ground surface and configured with a vertical shaft 102, shaft 102 is accessed by a user to insert a toroid coil 103 over shaft 102 that is to be straightened, an imaging unit 104 installed over platform 101 to determine thickness and dimensions of coil, an induction coil integrated in shaft 102 to heat inserted coil in view of softening inserted coil, a motorized extendable gripper 105 configured with platform 101 via a motorized sliding unit 106 that grip an end of heated inserted coil in accordance with detected dimensions, upon gripping of end, the sliding unit 106 provide translation to gripper 105 away from shaft 102 in view of pulling softened coil for straitening softened coil.
