Abstract: An automated tire cleaning and inspection device, comprising a curved platform 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, multiple T-shaped hydraulic actuators 102 to adjust height of platform 101 from surface, plurality of suction cups 103 to get adhered on surface, a pair of curved members 104 arranged on lateral ends of platform 101 for enabling a user to drive a vehicle’s tire, an imaging unit 105 to determine deposition of dust in treads of tire, plurality of electronically controlled nozzles 106 with a chamber 107 storing water, plurality of air blowers 108 mounted on peripheral portion of platform 101 for providing an optimum blow of air onto vehicles’ tire, an ultrasonic sensor for detecting presence of any pointed auxiliary object penetrated in tire and a speaker 109 installed on platform 101 to produce audio signals for notifying user regarding punctured tire, thus inspecting puncture in tire.
