Abstract: An automated tile spacer removing device, comprising a platform 101 positioned over a surface from which tile spacers are to be removed, an imaging unit 102 determine presence of tile spacers over surface, two motorized hinge joints 103 orient a sharp flap 104 configured with hinge joint and position in contact with surface in a inclined manner, multiple motorized wheels 105 provide translation to platform 101 over surface resulting in translation of flap 104 in contact with surface to apply force over tile spacers in order to detach from tiles affixed over surface, two robotic grippers 106 grip and collect detached tile spacers in a box arranged over platform 101, a chamber 107 stored with grout mixture and installed with a rotatable nozzle that dispense mixture within spacing of tiles, a robotic link 108 translate a plate 109 configured with link 108 over spacing for spreading mixture and filling spacing.
