Abstract: An automated threading management device comprising, a top-open body 101 positioned on a fixed surface and integrated with a tray 102 for accommodating multiple thread reels, an imaging unit 103 in sync with a color sensor to determine color and number of reels on tray 102, a first gripper 104 for gripping and engaging reels on multiple extendable pins 111 mounted on body 101, a display panel 106 for selecting a required color thread along with length required by user, a plate 107 assembled on side of body 101 and integrated with a link 108 for engaging a shuttle, a hinge joint 109 integrated in link for gripping engaged shuttle, a circular slider integrated in between each of pins and body 101 for rotating pins, a motorized ball and socket joint 112 integrated in between link 108 and plate 107 for rotating shuttle for coiling user-specified length of thread.
