Abstract: An automated tandoor grilling device, comprises of a circular member 101 configured to be detachably via a plurality of suction units 102, a plurality of vertically movable rods 103 to suspend food items, a plurality of articulated links 104 to guide vertical movement while maintaining alignment and load balance of the suspended food items, a curved gripping means 105 via a motorized hinge 106 to releasably hold a metal stick carrying food items, an electromagnetic engagement unit embedded within the curved gripping means 105 to secure engagement of the metal stick, a probe 108 through an articulated linkage 109 to assess internal doneness of food items, and a control unit operatively coupled with all components to autonomously control grilling operations.
