Abstract: An automated suspension spring installation device, comprises of an extendable cylindrical member 101 having first and second opening, a handle 102 configured on member 101 that is gripped by a user to position first opening in proximity to a suspension spring, an imaging unit 103 installed over member 101 to determine dimensions of spring, plurality of sliding units 201 installed over inner periphery of member 101 to provide translation to a motorized gripper 202 configured with each of the sliding units 201 to grip coil of spring in a secured manner, a telescopic link 203 installed between each of gripper 202 and sliding unit that are actuated by microcontroller to extend in view of protruding out other end of the spring out of member 101, a robotic arm 104 to engage other end of spring with an user desired location over two wheeler.
