Abstract: An automated sunflower oil extraction device, comprising of a housing 101 configured with multiple suction cups 102 to adhere housing 101 on a fixed surface, a hopper 103 to place sunflower, multiple heating units 104 to generate heat effect under which sunflower is subjected, an L-shaped rod 105 to extend and position a plate 106, multiple vibrating units 107 for generating vibration to seeds to detach from sunflower, an imaging unit 108 to detect sunflower hulls, broken seeds, dust, plant debris in hopper 103, an arm 109 to pick wastes with a tweezer 110 and discard out of hopper 103, an iris lid 111 to open and transfer extracted seeds into a member 112, a hydraulic press 113 to extend and press 113 the seeds, for squeezing seeds and forcing oil out, that flows in a chamber 114, through a filter 115.
