Abstract: An automated stuck hair removing device for carpets, comprising a platform 101 positioned over a fixed surface accessed by a user to position a carpet, suction units 102 grip the carpet, an imaging unit 103 for capturing images of the carpet to determine dimensions of the carpet, motorized sliding units 104 translates telescopic grippers 105 to grip lateral sides of the carpet, robotic link 107 position member 106 over the carpet for removing of hairs stuck in the carpet, curved links 108 each by means of a motorized hinge joint 109 provide to and fro movement to the links 108 to extract the hairs from the carpet, motorized cutter by means of a second robotic link 111 cut stuck hairs in view of enabling the links 108 to extract the hairs from the carpet and a vacuum unit 112 withdraw the extracted hairs from the links.
