Abstract: An automated stirrup making device, comprising a platform 101 with plurality of suction cups 102 for stable mounting, a touch interactive display panel 103 allows a user to input stirrup shape and dimensions, an inbuilt microcontroller evaluates the required rebar length, a telescopic operated gripper 104 to retrieve a matching rebar from a storage chamber 105, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 106 captures and processes images to verify rebar length, the gripper 104 engages the rebar with a pair of U-shaped holders 107, a first robotic arm 108, equipped with a rebar bending tool 109, bends the rebar at specified angles, a second robotic arm 110 positions a flame igniter 111 over the bending points to heat and soften the rebar, facilitating smooth bending.
