Abstract: An automated stator coil manufacturing device comprises of, a platform 101 configured with plurality of legs 102, each leg 102 configured with an Omni-directional wheel 103 developed to be maneuverer over a surface, a touch interactive display panel 104 installed on platform 101 for enabling a user to provide input specifications, a motorized roller 105 wound with copper coils installed over platform 101 to rotate for unwinding copper coils, an inverted L-shape telescopic gripper 106 installed over platform 101, to extend towards coil and grip an end of coil to position gripped coil over a pair of semi-conical shaped member 107 attached to a plate 108 installed over platform 101, and a motorized sliding unit 110 is positioned in between members 107 and plate 108 to provide sliding movement to members 107 to maintain optimal distance between members 107.
