Abstract: An automated spring manufacturing device, comprising a platform 101, a touch interactive display panel 103 receives user’s input, a motorized roller 104 arranged over platform 101 unwraps metallic wire, an imaging unit 105 determines unwrapping of wire, a first robotic gripper 106 grip free end of unwrapped wire, a multi-sectioned chamber 107 arranged over platform 101 store varying diameter nuts, a second robotic gripper 108 withdraw nuts from chamber 107 and align between a pair of blocks 110 configured with platform 101, a motorized sliding unit 109 installed between each blocks 110 and platform 101 translate blocks 110 for gripping aligned nut, a telescopic link installed between shaft 112 and slider 111 insert specific shaft 112 within nut, a slot 113 configured with shaft 112 free end to fit wire free end and engage around shaft 112, wire gets wrapped along threads of shaft 112 and attains shape of spring.
