Abstract: An automated spring inserting device for pipe comprises of a curved frame 101 positioned over a mouth portion of a pipe in which a spring is to be inserted, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 102 determines diameter of the pipe, plurality of motorized hinge joints 103 integrated with the frame 101 to regulate shape of the frame 101 for encircling the pipe within the frame 101, plurality of suction units 104 installed over inner periphery of the frame 101 to affix the frame 101 around the mouth portion of the pipe, a pair of extendable rods 105 configured with the frame 101 position hook 106 configured with each of the rods 105 over the spring, a proximity sensor to monitor distance of the spring present in proximity from the pipe, and an electromagnet installed with the hooks 106 to grip the spring with the hooks 106.
