Abstract: An automated snow removal device for roadside railings, comprises of a housing 101 positioned on a fixed surface, a touch interactive display panel 102 that is accessed by a user to provide input command, an imaging unit 103 integrated to capture and process images to detect location of the railing, a plurality of motorized wheel 104 arranged underneath to manoeuvre the housing 101, a first curved member 105 installed for scooping the snow accumulated on the railing, a telescopically operated bar 108 extends to push the scooped snow off the railing, a third curved member 109 installed on the housing 101 by means of an inverted L-shaped telescopically operated link 110 to remove snow from top portion, and a plurality of heating units 111 integrated to melting the snow.
