Abstract: An automated shock absorber assembling device, comprising a body 101 is positioned on a fixed surface, multiple suction cups 102 to adhere to surface for securing body 101 on surface, a microphone 103 for enabling a user to provide input voice commands for fitting of a strut bearing on a shock absorber, a motorized flap 104 for enabling a user to accommodate shock absorber in between a pair of motorized C-shaped clamps 201, an ultrasonic sensor embedded in body 101 for detecting presence of shock absorber, a motorized slider 202 to provide translation to clamps 201 towards absorber, a hydraulic actuators 204 to extend for positioning ring 203 over shock absorber, an imaging unit 205 to determine dimensions of shock absorber, plurality of motorized clippers 206 for grabbing spring of absorber directs actuator to apply an optimum push force onto spring to contract spring.
