Abstract: An automated semi-liquid food items whisking device, comprises of a frame 101 having a cuboidal member 102 engaged with an auxiliary utensil filled with a semi- liquid food item, an imaging unit 103 detect dimensions of the utensil, a motorized clamping unit 104 grip mouth portion of utensil in a secured manner, a motorized drawer arrangement 109 extend/ retract for inserting the flaps 107 inside the utensil, a horizontal telescopic rod 105 extend for positioning a vertical hydraulic actuator 106 extend or retract a pair of extendable curved-shaped flaps 107 inside the food item, in view of whisking the food item, and a DC (Direct Current) electric motor 108 coupled with the flaps 107 to rotate the flaps 107 on its axis at an optimum speed for whisking food item for facilitating mixing of ingredients of the food item evenly.
