Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system and method for automated sampling workflow to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of sampling processes. The system comprises a sampling workflow automation module, a mobile data capture interface, a lab identification and assignment module, a metadata capture module, and a blockchain-based traceability module. The method comprising creating a pickup plan based on sample location and sampler availability; executing sampling tasks using a mobile application to capture geo-tagged, time-stamped images and sampler verification selfies; generating and linking unique QR codes for each collected sample; dynamically assigning a laboratory by matching testing parameters with lab capabilities and workload; uploading laboratory results and metadata; and storing the sample data, metadata, and validation details on a blockchain for immutable record keeping and traceability.
