Abstract: The titled invention discloses an automated safety gear detection and machine control system with real-time monitoring comprising a camera monitoring unit (1 ), an FSR integral helmet (2), an E::SP32 development board (3), an encoder unit (4), an RF 10 transmitter module (5), an RF receiver module (6), a decoder unit (7), a microcontroller unit (8), a machine control relay module (9), a DC gear motor unit (10), a current sensor (11), a temperature and humidity sensor (12), a Wi-Fi module (13), an LCD display (14), an loT cloud monitoring platform (15), and an alert indicator and alarm unit (16). The camera monitoring unit (1) detects safety gear compliance, while the 15 FSR integral helmet (2) transmits helmet wear-status information to the microcontroller unit (8) through the ESP32 development board (3), encoder unit (4), RF transmitter module (5), RF receiver module (6), and decoder unit (7). The microcontroller unit (8) controls machine operation through the machine control relay module (9). The current sensor (11) and temperature and humidity sensor (12) monitor machine and environmental conditions. The Wi-Fi module (13), LCD display (14), and loT cloud monitoring platform (15) enable monitoring and remote supervision, while the alert indicator and alarm unit (16) generates safety alerts, thereby improving workplace safety and preventing unsafe machine operation.
