Abstract: An automated rubber bush installation device for leaf spring comprises a housing 101 positioned over a ground surface via multiple motorized Omni-directional wheels 102 arranged beneath the housing 101, the wheels 102 actuates to provide translation to the housing 101 over the surface as per requirement, an opening 103 crafted over the housing 101 to insert a leaf spring within the housing 101 , an imaging unit 104 installed within the housing 101 and integrated with a processor for capturing and processing images of the leaf spring, a multi-sectioned chamber 105 arranged within the housing 101 and stored with cleaning agent, water and grease, an electronic nozzle 106 configured with the chamber 105 via a robotic link 107 to position the nozzle 106 over the leaf spring followed by actuation of the nozzle 106 to dispense a regulated amount of the cleaning agent over the leaf spring.
