Abstract: An automated rooftop maintenance device, comprising a cuboidal body 101 positioned on a roof surface having multiple motorized wheels 102 arranged underneath for providing movement to body 101 on surface, an imaging unit 103 for generating a 3D map of rooftop, a touch interactive display panel 104 for displaying the evaluated map and enable user to select a portion of rooftop that user desires to clean, a hinge joint 105 for providing movement to an inverted L-shaped telescopic bar 106 to position a semi-circular plate 107 attached with bar 106 over rooftop, a color sensor for detecting presence of moss over rooftop, motorized disc 110 installed via a telescopically operated link and equipped with plurality of bristles 111 to rotate for scrubbing rooftop, an electronic valve 109 attached with a vessel 108 stored with water for dispensing water on rooftop to rinse rooftop.
