Abstract: An automated roof porcelain formation device comprising a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, plurality of suction cups 102 are to adhere to the platform 101, in view of securing the platform 101 on the surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 for enabling a user to provide input commands regarding formation, a motorized iris aperture via an extendable hollow pole 105 to extend/retract for positioning the aperture in proximity to a shaping plate, a hydraulic piston 106 via an L-shaped lever 107, for enabling the piston to apply controlled pressure to clay for evenly spreading clay onto the plate, a robotic arm 108 mounted on the platform 101 and configured with a cutter 109 for cutting extra portions of the clay, a motorized pivot joint for enabling the plate to rotate for tilting the plate to allow separation of the moulded porcelain from the plate.
