Abstract: An automated reinforcement column manufacturing device, comprising a platform 101 affixed with ground surface by means of plurality of suction units, a chamber 102 stored with plurality of rebar, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 103 determines length of rebar positioned in chamber 102, a motorized sliding unit position a pair of motorized discs 104 in accordance with detected length, a pair of robotic grippers 105 engage rebar with plurality of motorized clamps 106, a first motorized slider position roller 107 in proximity to one of discs 104, a robotic arm 108 engages wire over gripped rebar, a second motorized slider position a welding unit 109 in proximity to rebar wrapped with wire for welding wire with rebar to manufacture reinforcement column, a robotic link provide multi-directional movement to welding unit 109 for appropriate welding of wire with rebar.
