Abstract: An automated railway track maintenance device comprises of a body 101 positioned on ground surface in proximity to railway track, track wheels 102 arranged underneath body 101 provide movement, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed on body 101 to provide input specifications, an imaging unit 104 installed on body 101 for capturing and processing multiple images, robotic clipper 105 installed on body 101 for grabbing metal string stored in vessel installed on body 101, welding unit arranged on body 101 provide heat, motorized grinding wheel 106 installed on body 101 by means of an extendable L-shaped rod 107 for positioning grinding wheel 106, a motorized wrench 108 arranged with platform by means of a robotic link 109 to position motorized wrench 108, an elongated bar 110 having curved conical teeth 111 mounted on front portion of body 101 by means of hydraulically operated arm 112 for positioning bar 110.
