Abstract: An automated PVC pipeline repairing device, comprising a platform 101 configured with a plate 102 positioned in proximity to a PVC pipeline, wheels 103 translate platform 101 over surface, an imaging unit 104 capturing images of surroundings to generate a 3-D mapping of surroundings, a display panel 105 displaying 3D map for allowing a user to select a portion of pipeline for restoration, L-shaped telescopic link 106 positions plate 102 over hole, telescopically operated L-shaped rod 107 integrated with a motorized rotatable brush 108 perform scrubbing over detected hole, robotic arm 109 position nozzle 110 for dispensing glue over hole, a container 112 arranged over plate 102 and stored with rubber patches, a telescopically operated gripper 113 affixes rubber patch over hole, an inverted L-shaped telescopic bar 114 arranged with a member 115 and a hydraulically operated plunger 116 for providing thumping movement to member 115 over affixed rubber patch.
