Abstract: An automated PTO (Power Take-Off) adaptor repairing device, comprises of a housing 101 integrated with motorized wheels 102 for providing locomotion to the housing 101 over the surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 to provide input specifications for refurbishing of a PTO adapter, flap 104 by means of a motorized hinge joint 105 that is actuated by an inbuilt microcontroller to provide converging/diverging movement to the flap 104 for opening/closing the flap 104, an imaging unit 108 installed in the housing 101 to detect deposition of dried grease on the adapter, a circular disc 109 configured with multiple cleaning bristles 110 attached on the base via a robotic link 111 to scrub the bristles 110 against surface of the dried, and a nozzle 114 arranged in the housing 101 for dispensing a greasing solution stored in a vessel 115 configured with the nozzle 114, over the adapter.
