Abstract: An automated protective sheet wrapping device comprising, a housing 101 with multiple telescopically operated rods 102 for support and height adjustment, a touch interactive display panel 103 for input commands, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 104 for detecting the pipeline's initial point, motorized caterpillar wheels 105 enables movement, a telescopic operated link 106 positions motorized roller 107 in proximity to surface of pipeline, a robotic gripper 108 secures the sheet's free end onto the pipe, a roller 107 actuation to unwrap the sheet, for wrapping the sheet on pipeline, detected via a linear displacement sensor, a sensing module detects dust/corrosion, on detection a notification is sent on computing unit to stop translation of pipeline, a first robotic arm 109 position a plate 110 to clean corroded/dirty part using multiple motorized scrubbers 111, an air blower 112 blows to blow the dirt/dust away.
