Abstract: An automated plastic rope manufacturing device comprising, a housing 101 installed with a container 102 stored with plastic waste, a touch enabled screen 103 installed on housing 101 for taking user’s input, a motorized slidable lid 104 configured with container 102 for transferring plastic waste from container 102 to a container 102 installed underneath container 102, an air blower 106 mounted within container 102, a primary iris lid 107 configured with container 102 for transferring cold plastic to a hopper 109 installed underneath container 102, multiple blades 108 configured within hopper 109 to rotate for crushing plastic, a secondary iris lid installed with hopper 109 for transferring plastic pellets to a receptacle 111 installed underneath hopper 109, a pneumatic pusher 113 installed within receptacle 111 for pushing molten plastic through a iris pore 112, an imaging unit 115 mounted within housing 101 for detecting presence of strip over conveyer 114.
