Abstract: An automated plastic recycling device comprising a housing 101 installed with a chamber 102 stored with used plastic, a touch enabled screen 103 installed on housing 101 for talking user’s input for recycling plastic, an imaging unit 104 mounted within housing 101 for detecting presence of plastic in chamber 102, a telescopically operated pusher 105 configured in chamber 102 for transferring plastic to a container 106, plurality of receptacles 107 installed within housing 101 for storing different plastics, a telescopically operated gripper 109 arranged within housing 101 for transferring plastic to one of the receptacles 107 for storing different type of plastic, a heating unit along with peltier units for heating and solidifying plastic, a cutter 110 configured within receptacles 107 to cut plastic for obtaining granules, plurality of motorized iris pores 111 configured with each receptacle for transferring granules to plurality of vessels 112 arranged underneath receptacles 107.
