Abstract: An automated plant flowers plucking device comprising of a curved-shaped hollow body 101 having a first and second portion 103, a handle 104 is attached over the first portion 102 that is gripped by a user to position of the second portion 103 in proximity to a plant, a near-infrared (NIR) imaging unit 105 installed over the body 101 to capture multiple images of plant, a pair of L-shaped telescopically operated rod 106 configured with the second portion 103 to extend for positioning a curved plate 107 installed with the rod 106 around the flower, a motorized cutter 108 installed within the body 101 via an L-shaped telescopically operated link 109, to extend for positioning of the cutter 108 over detected flower, a motorized suction unit 110 installed within the body to generate a controlled suction force to transfer the cut flower from the curved plate 107 into a chamber.
