Abstract: An automated plank repairing device, comprising a housing 101 positioned over ground surface by means of plurality of motorized wheels 102 arranged beneath the housing 101 to provide translation to housing 101, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed over housing 101 to provide input regarding joining of cracked plank, an opening is crafted over the housing 101 accessed by the user to insert plank, a pair of robotic grippers 104 installed within housing 101 to grip plank, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 111 installed within housing 101 and integrated with a laser measurement sensor determines dimensions of the plank, a pair of vertical rods 105 attached with base portion of housing 101 and each installed with a motorized two axis lead screw arrangement 106 to provide translation to a motorized extendable clamp 201 configured with each of arrangement, a crack detection sensor monitor dimensions of crack over plank.
