Abstract: An automated pipeline repairing device comprises a platform 101 affixed on a ground surface, plurality of telescopic rods linked with wheels for providing support to platform, a touch interactive display panel 104 for receiving input regarding freezing fluid across detected leakage spot, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 105 for generating 3-D mapping of pipe line, a U-shaped frame 106 via telescopic rod to extend and position C-shaped clamps installed on ends of frame for gripping specified locations on pipeline, a cylinder 109 to store nitrogen and connected with plurality of motorized iris lids 110 arranged at inner portion on C-clamps, an electronic valve for releasing nitrogen from cylinder 109 to iris lids 110, a sensing module to detect presence of the toxic gases, a speaker 111 to notify the user to follow proper precautions on detection of toxic gases.
