Abstract: An automated pipe bending device comprises of a cuboidal housing 101, positioned over a fixed surface, with an opening on top portion, accessed by a user to position a PVC pipe in a slot within the opening, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103, integrated with a processor, captures and processes images of the pipe, allowing a microcontroller to determine its presence and the diameter, and actuate a motorized lid 102 to enclose the pipe of softening the pipe, a multiple U-shaped members 104, installed on the base supports the pipe, with heating elements on the inner periphery to soften the pipe, a touch interactive display panel allows the user to specify a bending angle controlling a motorized sliding unit to apply pressure for bending, a pair of robotic grippers 105 are integrated in the housing 101 to withdraw the bent pipe and immerse it in a water reservoir for cooling.
