Abstract: An automated peanut harvesting device comprises of, a body 101 configured with at least four motorized omnidirectional wheels 102 for providing mobility, a GPR sensor integrated in body 101 for detecting length of roots, a motorized ball and socket joint for providing controlled scooping movement to shovel 105, a motorized clamp 108 is installed for grabbing uprooted crop, an extendable L-shaped link 109 arranged with clamp 108 to place grabbed crop onto a conveyer 110, an extendable L-shaped shaft 115 to extend for positioning blade 114 to cut stem for separating, a pair of first and second clipper 116 assembled on platform 111 for gripping separated plant and roots, an electronically controlled nozzle 118 to spray water onto plants and roots for cleaning, an air blower 122 integrated providing hot air onto roots for drying, and a pair of motorized grippers 124 installed for gripping and plucking each peanut.
