Abstract: An automated pavement maintenance system, comprising a body 101 configured with a plurality of motorized wheels 102 for maneuvering the body 101 on a ground surface, An inspection and damage detection module 103 arranged on the body 101 scans road surfaces to identify cracks, pits, and surface damage, while a microcontroller processes the collected data to analyze crack geometry, propagation patterns, road type, traffic load, and environmental conditions to determine an appropriate repair strategy. A material storage and handling module 104 stores construction materials and self-healing additives, and a mixing module produces a repair slurry. A crack preparation module 107 prepares damaged regions, and a debris removal module 108 clears loose material. A slurry dispensing module 109 applies the repair mixture, and a surface levelling module 110 smooths the repaired surface. A navigation and connectivity module enables controlled movement and data transmission for automated pavement maintenance.
