Abstract: An automated packaging device for fragile goods comprise of a platform 101 with motorized wheels 102 for mobility, the platform 101 integrates a touch-interactive display panel 103 for user input and an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 104 paired with a microcontroller to determine dimensions of a box and its contents, a motorized roller 105 with a coiled sheet, motorized cutter 108, and robotic arms 107 operate under microcontroller guidance to wrap the object, an electronically controlled sprayer dispenses liquid polyurethane foam onto laid sheets, forming a protective base, a proximity sensor ensures precise placement, while additional foam layers and a compression unit with pressure sensors secure the object, minimizing movement during transit, ensures precise packaging through synchronized operation of robotic arms 107, the imaging unit 104, and a flow sensor for foam dispensing control.
