Abstract: An automated orthopedic rehabilitation device, comprises of a seating framework 101 including a seating base 102 and a backrest 103 to support a patient, an adjustment assembly comprising a slider- crank linkage 105 operably interposed between the seating base 102 and the backrest 103 to modulate angular orientation of the backrest 103, a user interaction module paired with the seating framework 101 to receive user-defined clinical inputs to execute an orthopedic rehabilitation routine, a multi-modal diagnostic array distributed across discrete segments of the seating framework 101 for concurrent acquisition of spatiotemporal biomechanical parameters and systemic physiological biomarkers of the patient, a multi-axial rehabilitation actuation assembly 106 disposed in the framework 101 for delivering controlled therapeutic movements of the lower and upper limbs and trunk, and a guidance assembly 108 mounted on an upper region of the backrest 103, adapted to capture real-time kinematic of movement of the patient.
