Abstract: An automated nut manufacturing device comprises of a platform 101 developed to be positioned on fixed surface and configured with plurality of suction cups 102 to mount platform 101 on surface, touch interactive display panel 103 installed on platform 101 to provide input command, chamber 104 arranged on platform 101 to store plurality of rebar’s, first robotic gripper 105 installed on platform 101 to grip one of rebar, proximity sensor integrated in arrangement to detect placement of rebar, second robotic gripper 107 installed on platform 101 to grip pieces and place into electric furnace 108, third robotic gripper 110 installed in continuation to furnace for taking pieces out, hammering unit 111 installed next to anvil 109 to strike over piece, fourth robotic gripper installed on platform 101 extract hexagonal nut, motorized drilling unit 112 installed on platform 101 by means of robotic arm 113 to make holes in nuts.
