Abstract: An automated nozzle installation device for VAT containers, comprising a platform 101 developed to be positioned on a ground surface having an artificial intelligence- based imaging unit 102 to determine a slot for nozzle 105 carved on a VAT container, multiple wheels 103 for moving platform 101 towards slot, an ultrasonic sensor for monitoring dimensions of slot, a gripper 104 for gripping a nozzle 105 stored in a multi-sectioned chamber mounted on platform 101 and fit nozzle 105 in slot, a telescopically operated L-shaped bar arranged on platform 101 for positioning an extendable clamp 106 integrated in bar around slot, plurality of electronically controlled spout 107 integrated on inner periphery of clamp 106 dispense an adhesive solution stored in a container arranged on platform 101, along periphery of nozzle 105 and slot, followed by application of pressure by gripper 104 over nozzle 105 in view of affixing nozzle 105 in slot.
