Abstract: An automated nails stacking device, comprises of a housing 101 positioned on a fixed surface with a plurality of suction cups, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed on the housing 101 for user input regarding aligning nails of specific quantity for packaging, a motorized conveyor belt 104 near an inlet 105 with an inbuilt microcontroller linked to the panel 103 to process commands and actuate a speaker 106 to place nails on the belt, a weight sensor integrated on the belt 104 to detect and display the weight of nails for the user to add or retrieve nails to stack a specified quantity, a pair of electromagnetic plates 107 actuated by microcontroller to generate an electromagnetic effect to organize nails, a pair of robotic arms 108 with curved members 109 and vibrating units to collect organized nails and place them into a chamber 110 for user collection and packaging.
