Abstract: An automated mortar mixture preparation and application device, comprising of a housing 101, a plurality of ingredient storage chambers 102, including a sand chamber 103, a gravel chamber 104, and a water chamber 105, each of the ingredient storage chambers 102 is equipped with a motorized iris lid 106 for dispensing the stored ingredients, a mixing chamber 107 to receive ingredients from the plurality of ingredient storage chambers 102, mixing chamber 107 having multiple motorized blades 107a for blending the ingredients, a spraying unit 111 connected with the mixing chamber 107, comprising a pipe 113 and a funnel 112, to apply a prepared mortar mixture onto a surface, a finishing assembly 114, comprising a spatula 115 to smooth the applied mortar mixture, a plurality of sensors integrated with iris lids 106. the spraying unit 111 and the finishing assembly, including at least one flow sensor to monitor the flow.
