MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511012762 A) filed by Sanskriti University on February 14, 2025, for Automated Mirror Cleaning Device.
Inventors include Dr. Shiv Bharat Singh; and Dr. Sudhir Kumar Bhati.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: An automated mirror cleaning device comprising a housing 101 attached with top portion of a mirror, suction units 102 that create negative pressure to affix housing 101, an imaging unit 103 installed over housing 101 and determines fog, water droplets and stains over mirror, rods 104 installed over lateral sides of housing 101 that extends to position a plate 112 with a cloth, a joint 105 is installed between each of rods, pores configured with plate 112 to withdraw water droplets agent, a container is connected to store withdrawn water droplets/cleaning agent, nozzles 107 installed with plate 112 and connected with a chamber 108, nozzles 107 dispense a regulated amount of cleaning agent over mirror, a roller 109 wrapped with a sheet and installed over apex of plate 112, rub sheet in contact with mirror to wipe mirror, an air blower installed over plate 112 to blow air over mirror.
