Abstract: An automated metal bars cutting and bending device comprises of a housing 101 configured to position over a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 102 installed with housing 101 to give input commands regarding cutting and joining operation, an ultrasonic sensor in synchronization with an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 integrated with housing 101 to detect presence and dimension of bars, a motorized wheel 104 assembled with housing 101 to maneuver housing 101 in proximity of bars, a pair of robotic gripper 105 installed with said housing 101 to grip said steel bars, a gimbal mechanism to extend and position a motorized blade 109 integrated with rod in contact with bar to make an accurate half-oval cut, a welding unit 110 installed with housing 101 via a robotic link 111 to grip and position bars in contact with cut marks.
