Abstract: An automated lead acid battery terminal manufacturing device, comprising a housing 101 installed with a chamber 102 stored with metal flakes, a touch enabled screen 103 arranged on housing 101 receives user input commands regarding dimensions of a lead acid battery terminal to be manufactured, a motorized iris lid 104 configured with chamber 102 dispense metal flakes in a cylindrical hollow member 105 installed underneath chamber 102 from side wall of housing 101, multiple heating units 106 integrated with member 105 melt metal flakes, multiple set of dies 107 installed within housing 101 each having cavity of different terminal dimensions, a motorized slider 108 configured between member 105 and side wall align member 105 with determined set of dies 107, multiple Peltier units configured with a conduit arranged around each set of dies 107 and filled with a liquid coolant to solidify liquid metal to obtain battery terminal.
