Abstract: ABSTRACT AUTOMATED INFRASTRUCTURE MONITORING SYSTEM USING REMOTE SENSING IMAGERY The present invention provides a system and method for automated infrastructure monitoring using remote sensing imagery. The method includes receiving geo-coded image raster data, performing auto orthorectification, generating a cloud mask, enhancing the cloud-masked image, converting to a cloud-optimized geo raster format, and generating tiles. The method further includes performing AI model inference on the tiles to generate semantic feature masks, extract road networks, and identify building footprints. The results are combined into unified vector tiles containing terrain and infrastructure information. The method also includes organizing the processed data into unified raster tiles and unified vector tiles, storing the data in a secure database server, and providing access to the data through a web management server and thin client workstations.
