Abstract: ABSTRACT Title: AUTOMATED IN-LINE WEIGHING, SORTING AND EJECTION DEVICE FOR CONVEYOR LOADED PACKAGES An automated inline weighing, sorting, and ejection device includes a starting conveyor (1), a weighing conveyor (2), and an end conveyor (3) configured linearly. The weighing conveyor (2) features an array of motorized rollers mounted on a table supported by an internal weighing hub (5). This weighing hub (5) is isolated within hollow floor supporting poles (6) via a suspended hub (7) and registers force directly on a concealed load cell (8). A control interface (9) evaluates package weight metrics against set tolerances. Within a downstream sorting zone, a rejection pit (11) houses a flip down baffle (12) actuated by a servo motor drive (13). Out-of-tolerance packages drop via gravity through the flip down baffle (12) into a collection basket (14), while standard packages pass safely to the end conveyor (3). Figure - 1
