Abstract: An automated herb harvesting device, comprising an inverted U-shaped frame 101 placed on a ground surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 102 to generate a 3-dimensional map of surroundings, touch interactive display panel 103 displays the generated map along with allowing user to select a portion of herbs cultivated on the surface, a laser measurement sensor for monitoring the area of the surface occupied by the herbs, motorized sliding unit moves an extendable bar 105 over the herbs, an ultrasonic sensor monitors height of the herbs, a telescopically operated link 107 extends and positions curved member 108 in proximity to the blade 106, an angle sensor for determining the angle of the member 108, motorized ball and socket joint to tilt the member 108 for collecting the cut herbs, a storage chamber 109 having motorized iris lid to get open and enable the member 108 to withdraw the collected herbs.
