Abstract: An automated headphone management device, comprising a U-shaped frame 101 worn around a user neck portion, a pair of slots 102 configured with each end of frame 101 to insert wire of a wired headphone, an imaging unit 103 installed over frame 101 determines dimensions of user’s neck, multiple hinge joints 104 integrated in frame 101 regulate shape of frame 101, a motorized iris unit 105 installed in each slot close for gripping wires, a microphone 106 mapped over frame 101 receive user voice command regrading putting on headphones, a pair of robotic grippers 107 installed with each side of frame 101 grip and insert headphones in user’s ears, an acceleration sensor installed with frame 101 monitor acceleration of user, accordingly grippers 107 hold headphones with user’s ears to prevent detachment of headphone from user’s ears.
