MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511007997 A) filed by Sanskriti University on January 30, 2025, for Automated Hat Decorating Device.
Inventors include Geetanjali Pratap Verma; and Pankaj Saraswat.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: positioned on a fixed surface, wherein the platform 101 is arranged with a touch interactive display panel 112 that is accessed by a user for selecting a design to be decorated on a hat, a telescopically operated rod 102 to extend/retract for maintaining an optimum height of the rod, the rod is integrated with an inflatable bag 103 that is accessed by the user for accommodating a hat on the bag, followed by actuation of the bag to get inflated for acquiring a grip from inner side of the hat, an imaging unit 104 to determine dimensions of the accommodated hat, in accordance to which the microcontroller evaluates a pattern for positioning of different sparklers on the hat, laser projector 105 installed on the platform 101 to project the evaluated pattern on hat.
