Abstract: An automated handle shaping and installing device for buckets comprises of a housing 101 positioned over a ground surface and crafted with an opening 102 that is accessed by a user to insert a bucket, a motorized conveyor 209 is installed over base portion of the hosing to receive the bucket, a touch interactive display panel 103 installed over the housing 101 to enable the user to provide input regarding shape of handle, plurality of molds configured with sliding unit 201 to provide translation to the molds, a robotic gripper 204 installed within housing 101 to withdraw one rod from housing 101 and position within specific mold, a pair of shaped frames configured with molds and attached by means of a U-shaped hydraulic link 205 to retract in view of applying pressure over rod, a pair of motorized clamps 206 installed within housing 101 to extend and engage hooks.
