Abstract: An automated handheld sieve manufacturing device, comprising a housing 101 positioned over ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 102 mapped over the housing 101 to enable the user to provide input commands, plurality of motorized rollers 103 each installed within the housing 101 to rotate for unwrapping mesh, an imaging unit 104 installed within the housing 101 that determines unwrapping of the mesh, a motorized cutter 105 configured with the housing 101 to cut the unwrapped mesh, a robotic gripper 107 installed within the housing 101 to grip and align the mesh over a mold arranged within the housing 101, a hydraulic press 108 installed over ceiling portion of the housing 101 to press 108 the aligned mesh to shape the mesh into a shape of a sieve and a multi-sectioned chamber 109 arranged within the housing 101 and developed to store multiple handles and metallic wires.
