Abstract: An automated hand-axe maintenance device, comprises of a platform 101 positioned over a ground surface with a chamber 102 stored with a cleaning solution, a touch interactive display panel 111 to give input commands regarding maintenance of hand-axe, an imaging unit 103 in synchronization with a laser sensor to detect presence and dimension of the hand-axe that is accommodated by a user over a plate 112, a pair of robotic arm 104 to position hammerhead of the hand-axe over an inverted U- shaped frame 105, a motorized drawer arrangement 106 to extend/retract the member as per dimensions of the hammerhead, an electronic nozzle 107 to dispense an optimum amount of the solution over the hammerhead to break-down rust as detected by a color sensor integrated with the platform 101, a robotic link 108 with a motorized disc 109 for removing rust present on the hammerhead.
